Life Pathways is about taking the first step toward changing your life and your relationships. I offer psychotherapy for individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as counseling for couples that want to restore the connection in their relationship. My name is Jim Viccaro and I want to help you. I provide short-term treatment designed to rapidly get to the root of the problem and provide you with relief from your struggles, pain and difficulties. My approach can help you create change so that you can live the life that you deserve. It is not uncommon for clients to report that a few hours of our therapy was more helpful than months or years with a previous therapist.  I look forward to talking with you.
